IN - SITE

Situated in the Heart of Mysore Plateau, having a salubrious climate, crowds from all over the country come here and settle in Bangalore.
The education and employment opportunities in Bangalore overtime have increased and thereby the rapid growth in population is also evidently seen.
The youth and working class contribute to approximately 60% of Bangalore's crowd and these crowd are the prime users of commercial cultural public centres.
For any public place to attract crowd, the main parameters that become critical are the locality and surroundings of the site, the connectivity to the site and the accessibility to the site.

Shopping centres, shopping streets, eateries, theatres and so on are the primary hotspots for public.
The population growth trend of Bangalore was such that people mainly settled around the Central Business District ( Chikpete, Majestic, Cubbon park and their surroundings) and later expanded towards the southern and western sides of the CBD. At present, the development and emergence of High Tech and industral areas in the eastern side of Bangalore, The population growth is seen along the North-Eastern to South-Eastern stretch.
Since the settlements were mainly around Central Bangalore, the presence of theatres, shopping centres, eateries and malls were also centred in these areas.
The residential growth trend towards the Eastern side is very recent and thus the presence of these cultural commercial centres is very scant.
Thereby , locating a such a cultural centre towards the East of Bangalore would make it a hub for the people residing nearby and also attract people from other parts of Bangalore.
